The modern, bright and spacious detached self catering cottage is capable of sleeping 7 and provides very attractive and cosy accommodation and is equipped to a high standard. Accommodation comprises of hall, lounge, large kitchen/dining area, utility room, three bedrooms, one double, one twin bedded and one single room (in addition there is a double sofa bed in the lounge), shower room with toilet and basin. It has it’s own garden, sitting area with furniture, BBQ and a ramp to front entrance.
Electricity included (excluding October to April inclusive when electricity will be charged on an as used basis). Bedding and towels included in weekly charge. Cot (excluding cot linen), Highchair & electric steriliser available. Electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and washer dryer. TV’s with freeview, DVD, IPOD docking station, electric fire, electric storage heating throughout. Off road parking, no smoking, no pets.
